Most flooring stores try to show you everything. We would rather understand the rooms, the people and pets who use them, and the look you are after, and then put a small number of strong, appropriate options in front of you. Our range is curated for the same reason. A good decision is easier to make between three floors that all suit the house than between three hundred that mostly do not.

Thoughtful planning of the whole project

A floor is more than the material. It is what comes up first, what lies underneath, how one room meets the next, how stairs are finished, where the furniture goes and when the work happens around your household. We plan all of that before installation and talk you through what to expect, so the day itself holds no surprises. Setting expectations early is the single biggest difference between a project that feels calm and one that does not.

We see our role as educating and advising, not pushing products or promotions. If a material is the wrong choice for a room, we will tell you, and we will explain why. You should leave every conversation with us understanding your options better than when you started, whether or not you go ahead.
